Restrictions

As per every year, ALL fireworks are restricted year round in the Pocatello Valley Fire District. Usually burn permits are not issued after July 1st. This year the county commissioners have issued a county wide ban on open burning and fireworks. Pocatello Valley will comply with the June 18th start date for the county wide ban on open burning and fireworks will still not be allowed.
